Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT services and solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative selling.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by driving IT sales cycles end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery, Marketing, and Pre-Sales) to ensure client success.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in IT Sales / B2B Sales / Software Services Sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App, Cloud, Digital Transformation, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a sales-driven team.
  • Strong network-building and client acquisition skills.
