Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new dealers to expand market reach and improve depth of distribution.
- Support institutional sales efforts by engaging with architects, builders, and consultants.
- Assist in business development activities and key account management.
- Contribute to planning and budgeting activities for institutional sales at the depot level.
- Help drive product sales to achieve volume and value growth targets.
- Train and support dealers in achieving sales goals and improving market performance.
- Facilitate seeding of new products in appropriate channels.
- Monitor and ensure the availability of a full SKU range at key outlets.
- Assist in implementing sales promotional programs to support brand building efforts.
- Work on strategies that align dealer profitability with organizational goals.
- Compile and maintain monthly territory monitoring reports, including competitor analysis.
- Conduct retail audits to assess market potential and develop competitive sales strategies.
- Address dealer issues to maintain smooth business relationships and ensure satisfaction.

- Highly energetic, motivated, confident candidates with good communication and selling skills.
- Should have the ability to get the 'feel' of the market and to convert products into business.
- Must be a go-getter with high drive and initiative.
- Should be a local candidate.
- Must have experience of Construction Chemicals and Waterproofing
