Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager located in Siliguri for E Rikshaw division. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within their assigned territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks will include maintaining relationships with dealers and distributors, providing training to sales representatives, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role also involves analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and coordinating with the marketing team to support promotional activities.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to train and manage sales teams effectively
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the battery/charger industry is a plus
