Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Delivery Head with 10-15 years of experience to drive international growth in IT and non-IT service sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, client management, recruitment strategies, and delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate timely delivery of niche and super-niche IT and non-IT requirements.
  • Manage team members and work schedules effectively.
  • Develop and implement recruitment processes and strategies.
  • Communicate with clients to understand hiring and project needs.
  • Research competitors and analyze market trends.
  • Identify and engage prospective candidates.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Develop sustainable candidate lead generation strategies.
  • Manage client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Oversee team performance, productivity, and delivery efficiency.

Industry Expertise:

  • IT Service Sector
  • Non-IT Service Sectors, including:

Manufacturing, Healthcare, Airports, Logistics, Oil & Refinery, Automobile, Pharmaceutical, Paper Industry, Oil & Gas Petrochemicals, and Supply Chain (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivery and client management.
  • Strong expertise in recruitment processes and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
