Job Title: Sales Executive/KeyAccount Manager
Department: Sales
Reporting to: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head
Experience Required: 1-4 years.
Education: Bachelors degree [B.E/B.Tech (Any Branch)] or MBA in Marketing
Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Key Account Manager to join our sales team in the wires and cables industry. The ideal candidate will assist in developing new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting the overall sales cycle to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential customers including dealers, distributors, contractors, and OEMs in assigned territory.
Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients.
Explain product features, pricing, and technical specifications to clients and
resolve basic queries.Assist in preparing quotations, purchase orders, and sales reports.
- Monitoring competitors sales activities
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Self-motivated energy.
- Enthusiatic to the core to create Record of achieving quotas.
- A combination of strong, positive traits that drive success is required.
- Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients.
Maintain strong product knowledge of the company range of wires, cables,
and accessories.Ensure timely follow-up and after-sales service to maintain high customer
satisfaction.- Ability to solve problems and to deal with a variety of variables
- Track and report on sales targets and performance metrics.

4. Basic understanding of the wires & cables industry or willingness to learn
5. Strong Work Ethic
6. Willingness to Travel 6 Days a week
7. A valid drivers licence
8. Goal-Oriented Focus
9. Ability to travel locally or regionally - Adaptability and Flexibility as required.
10. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a team-player mentality.
11. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
12. Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
