Job description for key account manager (E-commerce and quick commerce platforms)

Role overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to manage and develop relationships with key clients on major e-commerce and quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client relationship management:
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, JioMart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other quick commerce websites.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Account strategy and growth:
  • Understand and anticipate key client needs, providing strategic solutions that align with their business goals.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts, driving revenue and market share.
  • Operational excellence:
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to key clients.
  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics to provide regular progress reports and forecasts.
  • Problem Resolution:
  • Resolve client complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner, maintaining trust and loyalty.

About Company: PureCult offers a range of eco-friendly home cleaning products that are made using plant-based and biodegradable ingredients. In a continuous effort to reduce our carbon footprint, we use 50% PCR (post-consumer reuse plastic) in all our HDPE bottles. Our major sales come from our own website and we have a 50% recurring customer rate. Apart from our own website, we are listed on Amazon Seller, Jio Mart, First Cry, Flipkart, CRED, Big Basket (only Bangalore), and many other sustainable marketplaces.
