Alphacore is a supplier of industrial safety, road safety, and fire safety products across India. We work with contractors, factories, and companies to deliver certified safety solutions and installation services.

We are hiring a Field Sales & Telecalling Executive who can drive sales through both calling and in-person client visits. The role requires someone confident in lead generation, relationship building, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to contractors, purchase managers, and companies to pitch Alphacore's products.
  • Generate leads, schedule appointments, and maintain follow-ups.
  • Visit clients in the field, present products, and close deals.
  • Maintain customer records, quotations, and sales reports.
  • Meet monthly sales and collection targets.

Requirements

  • Graduate/12th pass with experience in sales or telecalling.
  • 0–1 years of experience in B2B sales preferred (industrial/safety products a plus).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi/English/local language).
  • Comfortable with both office-based calling and local field visits.
  • Own a two-wheeler preferred for field sales.
