As a Deputy Vendor Manager your responsibility includes:

  • Finding and on boarding Vendors for various work categories such as flooring, tiling,

false ceiling, civil works, modular fittings, on-site carpentry, etc. in Interior and Modular

Domain.

  • Monitoring vendors to ensure compliance with company policies, attending company

meetings, and informing new vendors of their responsibilities.

  • Developing and sustaining long-standing relationships with company-approved vendors.
  • Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products and services, inquire about their

services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.

  • Implementing vendor selection programs to ensure that the best vendors are secured.
  • Conducting interviews with new vendors and informing approved vendors of their

responsibilities and obligations.

  • Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
  • Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than

others.

  • Should ensure that SLA's are followed.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of total work experience in construction domain, prior experience in

Interior/Renovation Domain is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience in Vendor Management driving metrics such as

cost reduction, vendor development and onboarding, etc.

  • BE/ B Tech - Civil Engineering, or Masters in Construction Management/ Home Interiors

and related field, from reputed colleges (NITs/ State Engineering Colleges/ NICMAR)
