About the Role:

We are looking for a Deputy Placement Manager with a strong background in CSR / NGO initiatives and proven expertise in student placements. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building opportunities for students, expanding industry networks, and ensuring successful employment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive hardcore student placement activities end-to-end.
  • Prepare students for interviews through structured interview readiness programs.
  • Represent the organization at job fairs and career events to build new client partnerships.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, NGOs, and CSR partners to maximize placement opportunities.
  • Track placement data, generate reports, and measure success metrics.

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in placements, career services, CSR, or NGO sector.
  • Strong industry connections and ability to open doors with new recruiters.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
