We're looking for a
Customer Relations & Sales Support Executive
to be the voice of our brand — someone who will handle all customer inquiries with warmth, precision, and professionalism. The role involves
calling customers and potential leads
, coordinating
order updates and follow-ups
, and ensuring every client receives a seamless, high-touch jewellery buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for customer inquiries, orders, and service requests
  • Proactively follow up with clients for order check-ins, delivery updates, and feedback
  • Reach out to new and potential customers to build long-term relationships
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-up actions in CRM
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer communication
  • Draft polished and professional messages, emails, and WhatsApp replies in English
  • Support the in-store customer experience by ensuring prompt and courteous communication

Requirements:

  • Excellent command over
    spoken and written English
    (fluency is essential)
  • Pleasant and confident phone communication skills
  • Basic understanding of
    fine jewellery terminology
    (metals, gemstones, diamonds, etc.)
  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in the
    jewellery or luxury jewellery retail
    industry
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in using CRMs, Excel, and WhatsApp Business tools
  • Prior experience in handling customer queries for a jewellery or premium retail brand (Experience NEEDED, NO FRESHERS)
  • Basic Knowledge of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery processes and terminology
  • Bilingual proficiency (English and Hindi)
