About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic professional Customer Relation Executive who will be responsible to monitor escalations, enhance efficiency, analyze metrics, handle high-priority issues, collaborate with teams, and stay up-to-date with industry trends for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer queries and concerns professionally.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Implement strategies for customer retention and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
  • Analyze feedback to suggest process improvements and optimize customer experience.
Candidate Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
  • Problem-solving abilities and proactive attitude.
  • Time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
