Job Title: PPC Manager

Location: Kolkata(Hybrid)

Immediate joiners preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multi-channel paid campaigns: Amazon Ads (PPC), Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter)
  • Build full-funnel performance strategies — from awareness to acquisition to retention
  • Optimize ad budgets and maximize ROI — even at scale
  • Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and other analytics platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and sales teams to align paid efforts with business goals
  • Stay on top of industry trends and use data to propose and execute performance improvements

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in PPC / paid acquisition
  • Deep expertise in Amazon Advertising, Google Ads / AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills — comfortable with Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, and Ad platforms
  • Proven track record managing significant ad budgets while driving growth and profitability
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data insights into strategic recommendations
