Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Presales Engineer to work with our cybersecurity sales team in delivering advanced, customized, and secure technical solutions for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and propose tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Conduct product demos, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and presentations to demonstrate solution value.
  • Prepare RFP/RFI responses, solution architectures, and detailed technical documentation.
  • Support sales discussions with technical justifications and scope of work documents.
  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and customer IT teams.
  • Work with OEMs and channel partners to design and deliver end-to-end security solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity technologies and frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, RBI, HIPAA).
  • Conduct internal sessions and training to enhance team solution awareness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Electronics (MBA is a plus).
  • 3–7 years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles.
  • Strong technical knowledge of SOC, SIEM, Endpoint Security, Cloud Security, Firewalls, and Identity Management.
  • Experience working with OEMs such as Palo Alto, Fortinet, Netskope, Cynet, etc.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
