We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
General Manager of Sales
to lead our sales team at Propshop , a leading real estate consultancy. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in real estate sales and management, along with exceptional leadership and strategic thinking skills. This role involves overseeing all sales operations, developing growth strategies, and driving revenue across various real estate sectors, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development
:Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business expansion. - Team Leadership
: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize their potential and achieve individual and team sales targets. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members. - Client Relationship Management
: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and response to inquiries. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and strategic partnerships. - Sales Operations Management
: Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring efficient processes and systems are in place for lead generation, follow-up, and deal closure. Implement best practices in sales methodologies and utilise technology tools to enhance productivity. - Financial Management
: Monitor and report on sales revenue, forecasts, and expenses. Ensure alignment with the company's financial goals and objectives. Prepare and present sales reports and performance metrics to senior management. - Marketing Collaboration
: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns to drive sales. Provide insights to aid in the development of marketing strategies that enhance brand presence and attract potential clients.
