Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Sales Marketing located in Noida. The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, leading and managing sales and marketing teams, and fostering strong client relationships. The role requires the ability to develop strategic initiatives, optimize operations, and achieve business growth objectives.

  • Proficiency in Sales and a strong focus on achieving targets to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience in General Management and Team Management with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure the best client experiences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to strategize and implement effective marketing campaigns.
  • Prior experience in the real estate industry is a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
