Role & responsibilities :

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

  • Create detailed project budgets ensuring cost efficiency and profitability across all campaigns.
  • Forecast and liaise with internal teams (sales, production, creative, and finance) to finalize budgets and costs.
  • Track project spends and ensure alignment with approved budgets.

Client Pitches & Deliverables:

  • Create and maintain deliverable sheets with cost breakdowns for client pitches, renewals, and closures.
  • Collaborate with sales and creative teams to develop customized brand solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Support in preparing pitch decks, proposals, and case studies for prospective clients.

Campaign Execution & Performance:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality campaign delivery.
  • Analyze campaign performance data, audience insights, and market trends to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Provide post-campaign reports and recommendations for optimization.
  • Market & Brand Research:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities in branded content, digital, and media collaborations.

Preferred candidate profile :

The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing branded campaigns and partnerships that drive revenue and strengthen client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of budgeting, client servicing, and data-driven marketing strategies.
