Role & Responsibilities
- Develop & Manage Partnerships: Identify, build, and nurture strategic alliances with HR networks, consultancies, job boards, EdTech companies, and HR tech platforms.
- Drive Brand Collaborations: Lead co-marketing campaigns, thought-leadership initiatives, and joint offerings to strengthen Intellectsias brand visibility and credibility.
- Partner Onboarding & Engagement: Ensure seamless onboarding of partner firms, foster engagement, and deliver long-term ecosystem value.
- Industry Representation: Represent Intellectsia at HR forums, associations, and industry events, positioning the brand as an innovator and thought leader.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing and product teams to craft partner success stories, create playbooks, and develop impactful case studies.
- Performance Tracking: Define, monitor, and report on partnership success metrics, including pipeline growth, adoption, revenue contribution, and brand visibility.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 7–10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, brand alliances, or business development, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, or EdTech.
- Strong existing network within the HR and recruitment ecosystem in India.
- Proven track record in closing partnerships that drove both revenue and brand visibility.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with an ownership mindset.
