About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support Tower's Procurement team in managing vendor contracts throughout the contract management lifecycle. This role is critical to ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and compliance of all contract records within our Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
Responsibilities:
Support the Procurement team in organizing vendor contracts and related documentation, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key contract data points.
- Set up and manage alerts and notifications within the CLM tool to track contract milestones and key dates.
- Onboard and train new users on the CLM platform, ensuring appropriate access controls and user permissions.
- Monitor contract milestones, renewals, expirations, and compliance requirements while coordinating with senior Procurement staff to ensure timely responses to renewals and new contracts.
- Leverage AI tools and prompting techniques to assist in the extraction and analysis of contract data.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and dashboards to enhance contract visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist senior administrators in preparing and reviewing contract documents, ensuring they meet company standards and legal requirements
- Monitoring and tuning database performance to ensure efficiency and responsiveness
- Implementing security protocols, managing access, and ensuring data compliance with regulations.
- Act as the first point of contact for the CLM tool regarding troubleshooting and maintenance
- Identify and recommend process improvements in the administration and automation of the contract lifecycle.
- Assist in development of Contract Management standard operating procedures and help maintain the procedures are kept up to date
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution, with 2–6 years of relevant experience in contract administration or procurement operations.
- Hands-on experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and enterprise procurement platforms such as Oracle.
- Good understanding of various vendor contract types and related commercial/legal terms.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in summarizing contractual terms and conditions.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in a financial services or technology organization is a plus.
