Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contracts Manager, located in Noida. The Contracts Manager will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and maintaining documentation. Additionally, the role involves risk management, stakeholder communication, and coordinating with project teams to ensure proper contract execution. The Contracts Manager will also be expected to provide guidance on contract management practices and develop strategies to optimize contract performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of legal requirements and compliance
  • Document management and record-keeping skills
  • Risk management and stakeholder communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate with project teams and ensure contract execution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with infrastructure and EPC industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field
