About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Contract Management to oversee and manage day-to-day operational activities related to contract management for our key engagements and accounts. This role requires a strong understanding of IT/BPO outsourcing contracts, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to drive compliance and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage contract-related projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple short- and long-term assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure contract adequacy and support.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations in coordination with Service Delivery teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with non-compliance.
  • Address and resolve contractual queries and ambiguities.
  • Conduct contract research and recommend changes to improve clarity and compliance.
  • Draft, review, and validate Change Requests, Amendments, SOWs, and Work Orders.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize existing contract management workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in Contract Management, preferably in IT/BPO outsourcing.
  • Strong understanding of complex outsourcing contractual structures.
  • Expertise in commercial and service-level aspects of contracts.
  • Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and analysis.
  • Ability to identify critical terms, risks, and obligations in contracts.
  • Experience with contract management tools and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Law.
  • Experience working in corporate legal or contract management teams.
