Key Responsibilities

  • Handle Modern Trade accounts (D-Mart, Reliance, Metro Cash & Carry) across Andhra Pradesh.
  • Collect daily Purchase Orders (POs) from D-Mart stores in Vijayawada (approx. 23 stores) as per the Permanent Journey Plan (PJP).
  • Drive and monitor sales performance in D-Mart Vizag through Territory Sales In-Charge (TSI).
  • Manage sales operations and stock levels for Metro Cash & Carry Vijayawada.
  • Oversee Reliance Retail stores in the region and ensure consistent sales growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and store managers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
  • Track sales trends, competitor activities, and market insights for business improvement.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and share regular updates with management.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–5 years in FMCG Sales, preferably handling D-Mart or other Modern Trade accounts.
  • Qualification: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

  • Skills:

  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

  • Understanding of DSD (Direct Store Delivery) model.

  • Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Vijayawada.

  • Travel: Frequent travel across Vijayawada, Guntur, Vizag, and other AP locations.
