Role: Sales / Business Development Executive (Intern/Manager Level)
Experience: 2–3 years in Steel Detailing / Engineering Services / IT / KPO / AI / Technology Sales
Qualification: Graduate / MBA / PGDBA / Engineering (with sales mindset)
Reporting To: President & CEO
Key Responsibilities
Identify & engage international clients (US, Europe, APAC) and understand their business needs.
Position Pentagon's steel detailing + AI-driven solutions
as the perfect fit for their challenges.
Manage outreach via
calls, emails & LinkedIn
to global decision makers.
Qualify leads, maintain CRM accuracy, manage pipelines & schedule high-quality meetings.
Use tools like
ChatGPT, Copilot, CRM platforms, Sales Navigator & automation systems
to boost productivity.
Conduct research, account profiling, and contact discovery for global markets.
What We're Looking For
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Adaptability in a fast-evolving AI-enabled international business environment.
Tech-savvy mindset with hands-on knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn new solutions and use cases.
Ability to work with targets and timelines.
