About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, driven Business Development Executive who knows the digital marketing and advertising space inside out. You'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the agency.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients in the digital marketing and branding space.
- Identify potential leads, pitch services, and close deals with startups, SMEs, and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to tailor proposals and campaigns for client needs.
- Maintain long-term client relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitors, and industry movements to spot growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
What You'll Bring
- Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or sales within a digital marketing, branding, or creative agency.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing client accounts.
- Strong understanding of services like performance marketing, SEO, social media, branding, and web design.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond short-term wins.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative environment.

- Have an existing network of marketing decision-makers or agency clients.
- Understand proposal writing, RFPs, and digital campaign metrics.
- Bring insights from both B2B and B2C client experience.
