Mega Lifesciences is looking for an Executive Business Development to work closely with the General Manager in a fast-paced environment that will offer ample opportunities to learn and expand your experience and expertise.
Job Summary
As an Executive – Business Development, your key tasks include:
- Supporting and managing in-licensing activities for pharmaceutical products across multiple international markets.
- Conducting thorough due diligence, market assessments, and competitor analysis to identify and evaluate new product opportunities.
- Coordinating and tracking regulatory and commercial documentation, including dossiers, agreements, and evaluations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assisting in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining agreements, term sheets, and NDAs in collaboration with legal and regulatory teams.
- Managing ongoing partner and alliance relationships by monitoring performance, facilitating communication, and resolving operational issues.
- Preparing insightful business reports, presentations, and dashboards using advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ensuring effective cross-functional coordination between regulatory, supply chain, and commercial teams to support timely project execution.
Qualification & Experience
Applications are invited from interested candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Graduate degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) with a postgraduate qualification (MBA) preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in in-licensing and Alliance Management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong exposure to in-licensing, business evaluation, and partnership management within the pharmaceutical sector.
Skills & Knowledge
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Candidates must possess sound knowledge of pharma in-licensing processes, alliance management principles, and product evaluation frameworks along with strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities. A structured, responsible, and focused individual who thrives on accuracy, accountability, and disciplined follow-through will excel in this role.
