Hiring: Business Development Executive – Thane (WFO)
We are hiring a Business Development Executive with 2–3 years' experience in IT / Non-IT recruitment business development in India.
Role Highlights:
Generate new clients for recruitment services (IT & Non-IT) in the Indian market
Client acquisition through calls, meetings & LinkedIn
Build & maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate commercials and close deals
Maintain client database, follow-ups & sales reports
Requirements:
2–3 years of BD experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment/HR services in India
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and able to work independently
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Education: Bachelor's (Required)
Language: English (Required)
