Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Noida. The Director of Sales and Business Development will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, developing new business. Daily tasks include strategizing to meet sales targets, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service. The role requires collaborating with various departments to align business development initiatives with company goals.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Sales and Sales Operations
- Experience in Business Development and Customer Service
- Strong Team Management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the telecommunications industry for 15 years and above is a plus.
