Key responsibilities include Menu R&D tastings, Recipe Standardization with Macros, prep and par levels, Line Checks, Ticket-time tracking, receiving and hygiene logs, basic vendor coordination, and staff training on SOPs.
Required Candidate profile
Must-haves: Basic menu costing, Excel/Google Sheets, food safety mindset (FSSAI hygiene), comfort cooking & tasting during R&D, English/Hindi communication.
