Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Collections Team Lead located in Gurugram. Qualifications

  • Strong Debt Collection and Customer Service skills
  • Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Team Leadership and management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
