We are Looking For Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location - Andheri (Chakala)
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) across functions Visa, Forex, Operations, Sales, Corporate Travel, and Technology.
- Partner with managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
- Manage high-volume recruitment and multiple roles within deadlines.
- Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with role and culture fit.
- Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Handle salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost, quality).
Required Skill -
- 5 - 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the travel / tourism / hospitality sector.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
- Strong sourcing expertise using professional networks and social platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
