We are Looking For Talent Acquisition Specialist

Location - Andheri (Chakala)

Roles and Responsibilities -

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding) across functions Visa, Forex, Operations, Sales, Corporate Travel, and Technology.
  • Partner with managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment and multiple roles within deadlines.
  • Source talent via LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates aligned with role and culture fit.
  • Drive employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
  • Handle salary benchmarking, offer negotiations, and closures.
  • Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost, quality).

Required Skill -

  • 5 - 7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the travel / tourism / hospitality sector.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume recruitment in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong sourcing expertise using professional networks and social platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
