Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing hiring processes. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will collaborate with leadership to establish employer branding initiatives, identify top talent, and ensure an exceptional recruitment experience for candidates. The specialist will also work to enhance and innovate the recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals. Qualifications Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and HiringProficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate suitabilityKnowledge and experience in Employer Branding to attract top talentStrong Recruiting skills with the ability to source and engage high-quality candidatesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing prioritiesExperience in the legal or professional services industry is a plusBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
