Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Siliguri for a Client Services Manager. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing client relationships, and addressing service-related inquiries. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback, implementing service improvements, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Service and Client Services to ensure positive customer experiences
- Strong Communication skills, including interpersonal and written communication, to interact effectively with clients and team members
- Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution to address and resolve client issues effectively
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the automotive service industry would be an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently
