Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company's revenue and market share targets.
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the commercial sector (real estate, construction, corporate projects, or related industry).
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, meetings, and presentations.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze market trends, and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Negotiate and close high-value contracts with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to design proposals, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and industry regulations.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (5–10 years) in commercial sales, preferably in [insert industry: real estate, construction, or relevant sector].
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
