Job Description:

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Siliguri branch. The role involves generating new leads, meeting residential & commercial clients, explaining pest control services/AMC plans, and achieving sales targets.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 (based on performance & experience)

Benefits: PF, ESI, Travelling Allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Identify & approach new customers.
  • Promote pest control services and close sales.
  • Achieve monthly targets & maintain reports.
  • Coordinate with operations team for service delivery.
  • Build & maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years sales/marketing experience preferred.
  • Strong communication & negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented.
  • Local candidates from Siliguri preferred.
