Freight Broker – Sales / Dispatch (US Logistics)

Location: Udyog Vihar phase 5 Sector 20

Experience Required: Candidates must have experience in the US logistics and freight brokerage market

About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and experienced Freight Broker to join our US logistics team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight sales, carrier relations, and dispatch operations within the US trucking and logistics industry. You will play a key role in building relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating competitive rates, and ensuring smooth and efficient freight movement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with shippers, carriers, and customers.
  • Source new business opportunities and manage existing client accounts.
  • Negotiate freight rates with both customers and carriers to ensure profitability.
  • Coordinate and dispatch loads, ensuring timely pick-up and delivery.
  • Track shipments, resolve delivery or service issues, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions, load details, and communications in the company CRM or TMS.
  • Stay informed about market trends, carrier capacity, and rate fluctuations in the US freight market.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Freight Broker, Dispatcher, or Logistics Sales Executive in the US market.
  • Established network of shippers and carriers is highly preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and CRM/TMS systems.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
