The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possessing an existing client base with significant volume, and ready to transition their clients to our robust logistics platform. With the flexibility of a fully remote or hybrid working arrangement, you will have the autonomy to maximize your success and earnings potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage and transition your existing freight brokerage clients to E-Liv Logistics.
  • Develop and expand relationships with new clients to continually grow your client portfolio.
  • Manage client expectations, provide competitive quotations, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with our operations team to facilitate smooth and timely freight transactions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets and growth metrics.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record as a Freight Broker within the US logistics sector.
  • An existing portfolio of loyal clients ready to be transitioned.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Independent, driven, and self-motivated, capable of managing remote or hybrid work environments effectively.
  • Comprehensive understanding of US logistics and freight brokerage operations.
