Location: Pimpri Chinchwad, PuneRole Overview:

We are hiring an enthusiastic Field Sales Executive to drive sales and customer engagement in Pimpri Chinchwad. The role involves regular client visits, lead generation, and closing sales while maintaining strong customer relationships. The right candidate will be proactive, confident, and passionate about achieving business targets.

Key Duties:

  • Conduct field visits to meet potential and existing clients.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into successful sales.
  • Promote company products/services and explain benefits to customers.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and ensure timely collections.
  • Maintain proper sales records and share daily/weekly reports.
  • Stay updated on local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred (FMCG, Telecom, or related sectors).
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
  • Should be ready for extensive travel in Pimpri Chinchwad and nearby areas.
