Reporting To: Local Distributor, Pune

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Field Sales Representative to manage on-ground sales and customer relationships in Pune. The candidate will be responsible for driving product visibility, ensuring retailer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets while reporting directly to our local distributor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail stores, toy shops, bookstores, and educational outlets across Pune.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, ensuring timely order placements and replenishments.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company and distributor.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to retailers.
  • Ensure proper product display, visibility, and promotional execution at store level.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, customer preferences, and demand trends.
  • Enter daily sales data in the company app on mobile
  • Collect payments as per credit norms and assist in smooth order-to-delivery flow.
  • Provide weekly sales and market reports to the distributor and management team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Business/Marketing).
  • 1–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in FMCG, toys, or consumer goods.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel extensively within Pune.
  • Familiarity with local retail network will be an added advantage.
  • Internet and app savy only
