Salesforce Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM to support business processes, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions, ensuring data security and compliance.
- Design and implement Pardot, process builder flows, approval processes, and validation rules to automate business processes.
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support decision-making and performance tracking.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement fixes or enhancements.
- Manage Salesforce integrations with third-party applications (e.g., Pardot, ZoomInfo, Marketing Cloud).
- Conduct regular data quality audits and implement strategies for maintaining clean, accurate, and actionable data.
- Lead and execute large-scale data migrations, deduplication, and enrichment initiatives.
- Train and support end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of Salesforce features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business goals.
- Participate in Salesforce release planning, testing, and deployment.
- Document configurations, processes, workflows, and technical solutions for future reference and compliance.
- Provide strategic guidance and best practices for Salesforce utilization, adoption, and continuous improvement.
- Implement advanced Salesforce solutions including Salesforce Shield, CPQ, Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-6 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a complex enterprise environment.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Expertise in configuration: custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
- Proficiency in automation tools: Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Approval Processes.
- Advanced reporting and dashboard skills with ability to provide actionable insights.
- Experience with integrations, data migration, ETL tools, and API management.
- Strong understanding of CRM best practices, data security, and compliance standards.
- Solid problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with user training, support, and adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with third-party tools: Pardot, ZoomInfo, Marketing Cloud, and other marketing or sales tools.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, CPQ, Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics), and large-scale deployment projects.
