**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for protecting and securing all client data held by Client to ensure against unauthorized access to and/or improper transmission of information that could result in harm to a client

- Administration support of Salesforce CRM environment at client
- Maintain and administer Salesforce CRM including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- Provide excellent user support, training, and guidance to ensure the effective use of Salesforce across the organization
- Plan and implement patches and roll-ups
- Work with Product Owner to design and develop solutions to address business needs
- Identify opportunities to leverage CRM for efficiency and productivity gains
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges, including system errors and user-related problems
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations, processes, and workflows
- Responsible for Disaster Recovery testing and documentation
- Responsible for reporting support for CRM business users
- Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned

**Experience, Skills, Knowledge Requirements**
- 5+ years experience with Salesforce CRM
- Proficient in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization. Knowledge of Apex and Lightning components is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including active listening. Asking appropriate questions, clarifying information and writing clear, concise documents.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience migrating/integrating data between Salesforce and other systems using ETL tools such as SSIS
- Understanding of business process and workflow management
- Ability to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Ability to work effectively independently
- Willingness to stay updated on Salesforce updates and industry trends

**Salary**: ₹10.00 - ₹15.00 per year
