**Job Description**:
As a Salesforce Administrator you would be responsible for administering and configuring Salesforce instances. You will need to ensure optimal performance of Salesforce system.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Configuring objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, lightning pages, etc
- Setting up and managing profiles, roles, permission sets, users, etc
- Understanding of Salesforce security, sharing settings, sharing rules, etc
- Configuring and deploying workflows, multi-stage approvals, flows and processes
- Data upload, migration activities using tools like Data Loader, Import/Export Wizard, Bulk Uploads, etc
- Ensuring future ready configuration is within range of acceptable governor limits
- Service related console, omnichannel configuration, case assignment rules, escalation rules, knowledge article configuration
- Maintaining and creating sandboxes, change set management, deployment checklist
- Creating dashboards using complex reports like summary, metric, joint and formulae
- Review audit, login history, adoption reports and suggest areas of improvement
- Requirement
- 1-3 years experience of Salesforce Administration
- Salesforce Lightning Sales Cloud knowledge is essential, Service Cloud knowledge will be preferred
- Good understanding of Salesforce releases, trust site and security
- Basic understanding of SDLC, waterfall and agile methodology
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking and reasoning
- Being a good team player
- Good verbal and written skills
