We are seeking remote **Salesforce CRM Administrator**to join our team in **India.**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups.
- Perform daily administrative tasks such as monitoring end-user usage, system upgrades, and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Ensure optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products by conducting regular system audits and preparing for upgrades.
- Data Management and Analysis
- Import sales department leads, contacts, and other data into Salesforce.
- Maintain the sales cloud, build custom reports, and create dashboards to support sales operations.
- Perform database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and cleansing duplicate entries
- Configuration and Customization
- Manage Salesforce configuration changes such as workflow rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, and record types.

**Support**:

- Resolve user support tickets and provide ongoing user support.
- Document processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
- Collaboration and Communication:

- Identify and gather requirements from users and stakeholders. Liaise with stakeholders to communicate platform changes and gather feedback

**Requirements**:

- Education and Certification:

- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Possibly a Plus
- Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification
- 3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
- Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems, including upgrades and successful integration.

**Technical Skills**:

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
- Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases and generate Salesforce reports.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Must have a laptop or desktop that meets the minimum qualifications (which connects via LAN or Ethernet cable):

- Processor:

- Core i5 or higher
- RAM - 8GB or higher
- High-Speed Internet Access / Bandwidth Requirements Minimum:
