*Mission*

• To deliver innovative AI products that meet customer needs and drive organizational success while leveraging best practices in project management and technical execution.

*Main activities*

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of AI product development projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Manage the technical architecture and integration of AI solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and performance.
• act as a crucial link between the technical teams building the AI product and the business outcomes it's meant to achieve. This Position ensures that technical execution aligns with strategic vision and user needs
• Oversee resource allocation, budgeting, and scheduling to ensure timely project delivery and effective use of resources
• Instrumental in bringing new AI tools and platforms to life. By harnessing the power of AI, help organization and its users gain a competitive advantage and thrive.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams, to ensure project success and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, implementing corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and product quality.
• Act as AI Product Delivery Manager, you'll be guiding teams through the fog of uncertainty, understanding the technical capabilities and data, and ensuring projects don't lead to dead ends
• Focus on delivering products that solve genuine user problems. This involves understanding unique business requirements and finding the right AI solutions, whether off-the-shelf or custom-built, to meet those needs

About You

• Required Skills:
• Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence and data science, with a proven track record of delivering AI projects from inception to completion.
• Demonstrated proficiency in people management and program management, effectively leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in Generative AI development, including understanding of technologies and frameworks used in the creation of AI models and systems.
• Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies for project management, enabling flexibility and adaptability in project execution.
• Knowledge of cloud-based AI platforms and tools, and experience working with big data technologies.

This position is based out at Data AI within P&M department
