• Ensuring clients getting satisfied Itinerary for the trip.


• Plan and organize travels


• Book tickets, reserve accommodation in hotels, organize rental transportation


• Inform clients and provide useful travel material such as guides, maps and event programs


• Collect deposits and balances


• Offer and promote different services and offerings


• Keep learning about latest industry trends

  • Co-ordination with visa processing and DMC s at destinations to ensure ultimate comfort and hassle free smooth transfers of the client.
  • Complete supervision from start till the end of the tour as per the plan and support to accommodate any sudden inclusions by the client during the tour.
  • Ensuring retention of clients through the best of the service and adding more clients through the positive feedback of existing clients.
  • Drafting itinerary
  • Preparation of all documents and procedures in complaints which the local statutory required
