Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Travel Consultant for a full-time, mid-level position based in Chennai. The ideal candidate should have between 4 to 6 years of work experience in the travel industry. As a Senior Travel Consultant, you will play an integral role in customizing travel packages and ensuring our clients have a seamless and memorable journey.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong expertise in package customization (Mandatory skill) to create personalized travel plans that align with client preferences.
  • Extensive knowledge in itinerary planning to develop detailed and efficient travel schedules.
  • In-depth understanding of various travel destinations to provide authentic and valuable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage sales efficiently, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings while achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in tour operations to oversee the logistics of travel arrangements from start to finish.
  • Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and partners to ensure clear and detailed travel information.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any travel-related issues promptly.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
