Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Travel Consultant to join our team at LegsGo Holidays. This full-time position is based in Chennai and is suited for a junior level professional with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional consultation services to our clients, ensuring their travel plans are seamless and memorable.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Consult with clients to determine their travel needs and preferences, providing expert advice and recommendations.
  • Create, customize, and finalize travel itineraries for clients, ensuring optimal satisfaction and adherence to budget.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, trends, and deals to offer clients the best options.
  • Handle all bookings and reservations including flights, accommodations, and transportation arrangements.
  • Provide timely and effective resolutions to any travel-related problems or emergencies clients may encounter.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Work cooperatively with other team members and departments to enhance customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure all travel documentation, itineraries, and customer information are accurately managed and stored.
