We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Travel Consultant with strong expertise in designing domestic and international tour packages. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating competitive travel products, managing vendor relationships, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities

1. Package Design & Development

  • Create a wide range of well-planned, competitive domestic and international tour packages.
  • Prepare detailed itineraries, costing sheets, and value-added options for each package.
  • Ensure packages are balanced, trend-aligned, traveler-friendly, and commercially competitive.
  • Continuously refine product offerings based on customer preferences and market dynamics.

2. Vendor Management & Contracting

  • Build and maintain relationships with hotels, transport providers, activity vendors, and other suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, inclusions, and service levels to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Evaluate vendor performance and optimize partnerships for quality and cost efficiency.

3. Operations & Documentation

  • Prepare comprehensive travel documents, itineraries, and internal destination knowledge guides.
  • Develop end-to-end training materials for assigned destinations to support new team members.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between internal teams and suppliers for seamless trip execution.

4. Market & Industry Knowledge

  • Stay updated with destination news, travel trends, airline updates, hotel promotions, and new attractions.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and customer behavior to continuously improve product portfolio.
  • Recommend innovative ideas to enhance the companys travel products.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong expertise in designing domestic and international travel packages.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry is mandatory.
