Role Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant to assist clients with travel planning, bookings, and personalized travel solutions. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, have strong communication skills, and be able to guide customers in selecting the best travel options based on their needs and budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in planning domestic and international travel.
  • Provide information about destinations, itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and travel requirements.
  • Customize travel packages based on customer preferences.
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.
  • Make reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments.
  • Promote special travel deals and upsell packages when appropriate.
  • Stay updated on travel regulations, visa requirements, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business.
  • Handle customer issues or complaints professionally and promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; a degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of travel products and destinations (training provided for freshers).
  • Good sales and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
  • Computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems, booking tools).
