Qualifications and Skills

  • 0-3 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and travel-related products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using travel booking software and reservation systems
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing travel requirements and client preferences
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and any additional foreign language is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in planning, organizing, and booking their travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and tours
  • Provide expert advice and recommendations on travel destinations, attractions, and activities based on client preferences and budget
  • Research and gather information on travel options, such as visa requirements, travel restrictions, and health and safety guidelines
  • Create detailed travel itineraries customized to client specifications, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable travel experience
  • Handle all aspects of booking and reservation processes, including ticketing, hotel reservations, car rentals, and travel insurance
  • Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to ensure smooth logistics and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, travel regulations, and emerging destinations to provide the most accurate and relevant information to clients
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving any travel-related problems
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company

Work location: ASK Towers, Plot No.183 Sri Sai Nagar, 3rd Main Rd, Okkiyam, Thoraipakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600097

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday (10:00 - 19:00)
