Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales and Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle both sales activities and customer support, ensuring client satisfaction and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and emails.
  • Provide product/service information to customers and resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Assist the sales team in identifying leads and converting them into customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Achieve sales targets and support overall team goals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in sales or customer support (freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
