Job Description: Content Strategist
About the Role

We're looking for a
curious, culture-obsessed, trend-sniffing Content Strategist
who lives and breathes social media. Someone who can turn insights into ideas, ideas into scripts, and scripts into scroll-stopping content.

If you're addicted to reels, obsessed with storytelling, and can make brands sound human, smart, and unforgettable—you're the one.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Strategy & Ideation

  • Develop monthly/quarterly
    content calendars
    for multiple brands across categories
  • Build
    content pillars, formats, and narrative frameworks
    tailored to each brand
  • Generate
    high-impact content ideas
    rooted in trends, insights, and cultural moments
  • Conduct research to create
    data-backed, insight-driven content themes

2. Creative Writing & Scriptwriting

  • Write
    long-form and short-form content
    across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Blogs, Websites)
  • Craft compelling
    reel scripts
    , UGC-style scripts, voiceovers, hooks, and storylines
  • Create
    creative post copy
    , campaign lines, taglines, and ad copy
  • Ensure brand voice, tone, and messaging are consistent across all assets

3. Trendspotting & Platform Expertise

  • Be a
    reel addict
    —constantly tracking social media trends, formats, challenges, audios, content patterns
  • Quickly adapt trends into
    brand-safe, brand-relevant content ideas
  • Suggest emerging content styles and best practices across platforms

4. Research & Insights

  • Conduct in-depth content research for industry insights, competitor analysis & audience behaviour
  • Build
    research-based content maps
    and thought-leadership pieces
  • Support brand teams with crisp, well-structured content intelligence
  • Collaborate with performance teams to analyse content performance & optimise output

5. Collaboration & Execution

  • Work with design, video, and production teams to ensure creative ideas are executed flawlessly
  • Participate in brainstorms and contribute original, high-quality ideas
  • Maintain strong workflows for content delivery, versioning, and feedback cycles
  • Support content for campaigns, product launches, reels, blogs, ads, emailers, and web copy

  • Exceptional writing skills
    with ability to switch tones across brands
  • Strong understanding of
    social media algorithms & content psychology
  • Ability to convert briefs into big ideas and ideas into powerful content
  • Deep interest in pop culture, internet culture, and emerging digital trends
  • Strong research ability—can take raw information & turn it into smart content
  • Knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn best practices
  • Organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
  • Bonus: Basic understanding of SEO & performance content

Experience
